Em Finucane
Em is a Chinese- Australian tattooist and visual artist based in London after relocating from Naarm ‘Melbourne.’ They have tattooed for nine years alongside undertaking collaborative projects and co-running studio spaces - Idle Time and New Language.
Em Finucane acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people of the Kulin Nation as sovereign custodians of the land on which we work, live, create and collaborate. Paying respects to Elders, past, present and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded.

Growing Pains was a duo show, curated with, and showcasing works by Lotte Frances. The exhibition comprises of works produced concurrently across Melbourne, London and Barcelona. Growing Pains examines how queer and diasporic people build home within the body, to ask if the ‘home’ is a portable concept.
